Student and Volunteer Check-in
All schools will be provided with tables in the gym for both participant and volunteer check-in. Look for your school’s table when you arrive. Each school is responsible for providing their students and volunteers with the names of the contests they will be participating in, the times of the contests and the room numbers. Familiarize yourself with the school map and location of contest rooms.
Tabulation Room
If you are a contest Director or volunteer (grader, asst. director, judge, etc.) you will need to check-in at the Tab room at least 30 minutes before the start of your contest.
Student Ambassadors
If you need assistance finding your way around the campus regarding room locations, concessions, cafeteria, nearest restrooms, etc., just ask a student ambassador. They can be identified by their Highlands School uniforms. School personnel are also there to assist you. They will be easily identified by their navy blue Highlands School lanyards and photo ID badges.
